Hi there! I’m Annalee, the heart (and hands) behind Lil’Bird’s Bakery, nestled right here in Post Falls, Idaho.

I first started this journey while living at Nellis AFB, where baking became my creative outlet — a way to slow down, find comfort, and share a little joy with others. After a tough year, I decided to take a leap of faith and turn that passion into something real.

I specialize in artisan sourdough breads, though I can never resist creating sweet treats to brighten someone’s day. Every loaf and pastry is made with care, warmth, and a sprinkle of love — just like I would for my own family.

At Lil’Bird’s Bakery, my goal is simple: to bring people together through good food and good company, one bake at a time.
